AuST Manufacuturing provides design services and component manufacturing in support of complex medical device development programs. We specialize in cardiovascular catheters and minimally invasive devices. Our approach supports agility during early phases of product development while charting a clear path to scalable manufacturing. We offer a range of unique technologies to improve catheter performance and manufacturability. These include application of hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings to internal and luminal surfaces and automated incorporation of lumens and actuators into braided catheter walls. We incorporate a wide range of technical capabilities into our production lines which include flexible layouts to support low volume manufacturing and cell-based lines for scale. Our capabilities include braiding, lamination, forming, injection molding, web and film coating, laser welding, and electrical and mechanical assembly.
